1. Service requests A person who wishes to receive a centralised examination certificate duplicate shall complete an application for the National Centre for Education (VISC). The completed submission VISC can submit in person, by mail, e-mail or fax. On receipt of persons, an application completed VISC shall satisfy itself that the person has been settling its centralised examinations and received a rating and invoicing. The bill they may receive a personally VISC or it may be sent via mail, e-mail or fax. A person pays the invoice. If the person will receive a personally VISC, the fee is $2,50 for each certificate duplicate if by post – $3,50 (for each of the certificate). When the invoice is paid VISC centralised examinations shall be issued certificates in person or sent by post.
