1. Service requests Receipt of a licence shall submit the following documents: • An application for receipt of a licence; • preparation using a computer program (KODU Latvijas Republikas Education classification and the sub-programmes, the name of the requirements for prior education, goals, objectives, expected results, to be taught subjects and it represents the number of hours, the programme implementation plan, programme implementation, the programme targets); • agree the personnel required for programme implementation, together with copies of the list of education documents; • document (certificate or certificate), which will be issued following the successful acquisition of education programs, sample, • space lease agreement.
