The service is free.
Receipt of services documents required:
- filled in the corresponding application form
- copies of the document certifying the legal origin of the animal.
In order to register and label the endangered animal, the owner shall submit a submission regarding the registration and labelling of the animal to the administration and complete Section A of the animal registration and labelling sheet. If the endangered animal has two or more owners, only one owner shall be indicated on the registration and labelling sheet of the animal in accordance with a written agreement between the owners. The agreement shall be drawn up in at least two copies and shall be signed by all owners. One copy of the arrangement shall be attached to the animal registration and labelling sheet. The owner shall accompany the registration and labelling sheet of the animal with a copy of the document certifying the legal origin of the animal at risk, presenting the original.
If the owner of a registered endangered animal changes, the previous owner shall inform the new owner of the labelling of the endangered animal and the necessary documents, as well as fill out and submit to the administration a page of the owner of the animal or the change of place of holding.
If the place of housing of the endangered animal changes, the owner shall complete and submit to the administration a page of the animal owner's or the change of place of holding report within a period of one month.
If the death of the threatened animal has occurred, the owner shall complete and submit to the administration a page of the animal's death report within a period of one month after the date of the determination of the fact.
When submitting documents electronically, they must be signed with an e-signature.
Payments.
The State fee shall be paid prior to the submission of an application for registration of the endangered animal, paying the relevant amount to the credit institution or other institution entitled to provide payment services. The amount of the national levy on the registration of each threatened animal is EUR 9,96.

2. Receipt of services
Regarding animals not referred to in Section 3.1, Paragraph one of the Animal Protection Law, within three working days after receipt of the submission and the receipt of the registration and labelling sheet of the animal, the Board shall take a decision regarding the survey of the place of holding of the endangered animal and shall inform the owner in writing regarding the decision taken, as well as completing Section B of the animal registration and labelling sheet. The Office shall issue the completed animal registration and labelling page to the owner.
!!! The animals referred to in Section 3.1, Paragraph one of the Animal Protection Law:
1) wild animals of the wild species of predators;
2) primates;
3) marine mammals;
4) crocodile animals;
5) snakelike animals,
the purchase and movement to the holding site should only be carried out after the verification of the conformity of the animal's holding site, with a positive assessment from the Nature Protection Board, both regarding the compliance of the holding site and the legal origin of the animal.
The owner shall, within 10 working days after receipt of the registration and labelling page of the animal, ensure the labelling of the endangered animal by a practising veterinarian by presenting a registration and labelling page for the animal.
The owner shall submit one copy of the animal registration and labelling sheet to the administration within five working days, and the other shall be stored. The number of copies shall not apply to an animal registration and labelling sheet prepared in the form of an electronic document.
