Data from the Construction merchants Register The E-service shall ensure the possibility for any person to select information from the Register of Construction merchants according to the following parameters: • Name of the construction merchant; • Registration number of the construction merchant; • UR or home country registration number; • Status (active, paused, off) • Qualification class (Class 1 - Class 5); • Type of merchant (SIA, SAS, foreign, etc.); • Given name, surname, certificate number of the specialist; • Search the scope\/scope of the construction specialist on a given date; • Areas of activity\/areas in which the construction merchant performs commercial activities; • Type of construction work (new construction, conversion, renovation, etc.); • Structure group (Group 1, Group 2, Group 3); • Type of construction (buildings, roads and streets, etc.). Information can be useful when participating in public procurement, contracting, etc. 2. Data from the Register of residential House Managers The E-service provides an opportunity for any person to select information regarding the manager from THE BIS Register of residential House Managers, which is an informative register that provides up-to-date information regarding persons who are or wish to be engaged in the management of residential buildings. The Registrar of Managers must register: • Owners authorised to carry out management activities by other residential house owners, if the total area of the multi-apartment house exceeds 1500 square metres; • A residential house management society or association created by owners, if the total area of an apartment house exceeds 1500 square metres; • Natural and legal persons who perform administration in multi-apartment houses in which they do not own apartment properties and in which natural persons are not employees of the association or society of apartment owners. In addition, persons offering the manager's services may register in the manager register. 3. Data from the Register of Construction Inspectors: Control of construction works and supervision of the operation of structures in conformity with the competence shall be performed by building authorities, institutions which perform the functions of the building authority, and construction inspectors of the State Construction Control Bureau. Data from the Register of Construction specialists The E-service enables any person to select information from the Register of Construction specialists according to the following parameters: • Given name, surname, certificate number of the specialist; • Status (active, cancelled, suspended, etc.); • Certificate granted\/extended\/valid until • The date of allocation of the sphere\/field; • Certification body; • Scope\/field of activity of the construction specialist; • Voltage; • Sphere number; • Shepherical status (active, voided, paused, deleted). Information can be useful when participating in public procurement, contracting, etc. 7. Data from the Enterprise Energy Auditors Register Undertakings accredited to carry out energy audits of undertakings are registered in the Enterprise Energy Auditor Register, i.e. a procedure for obtaining information on the energy consumption of an undertaking and its distribution by technical system, for determining cost-effective energy savings opportunities, and for drawing up a summary energy audit report. The E-service enables any person from the Enterprise Energy Auditor Register to select information based on the following parameters: • Company name; • UR registration number; • Legal address; • Accreditation (from - to). 8. Data from the Enterprise Energy Reporting Register. Energy auditors of undertakings which are accredited to perform energy audits of undertakings, i.e. a procedure for obtaining information regarding the energy consumption of an undertaking and the distribution thereof by technical systems, to determine economically profitable energy savings opportunities, and to prepare a summary energy audit report, this report shall be registered in the Register of Energy audits reports of undertakings within 10 days after approval thereof. The E-service enables any person from the Enterprise Energy Audit Reporting Register to select information based on the following parameters: • The energy audit report number; • Name of the audited company; • The UR number of the audited company; • The reporting date (from - to); • Report preparer. 9. Data from the Construction product non-compliance Register A public service shall ensure convenient access to aggregated information regarding the conformity requirements of construction products, which are necessary for persons involved in the construction process (land owners, owners of the structure, developers of the building design, performers of construction works, construction supervisors and construction experts), as well as for such market participants as importers, distributors and manufacturers of construction products.
