Service requests In order to register the veterinary surveillance facility, the following must be submitted: • application for registration of the object; • copies of documents determined by the binding laws and regulations of each field; • a copy of the personal identification document if the merchant is a natural person. May submit a submission: • electronically signed submission - via email pasts@pvd.gov.lv • via the e-address of the institution; • by mailing or visiting an institution in person. The FVO shall examine the application, carry out, if necessary, an assessment of the approval of the pre-registration and include the object in the relevant register. Service charges are set in the price list. The amounts of State fees are specified in regulatory enactments.
