1. Information Step The visual solution, layout, area of the territory to be occupied and construction dimensions of the place of provision of catering services shall be co-ordinated in Riga State capital local government city development department. 2. Requesting Service The service may be requested in person, electronically or by post. Requesting a service in person is ensured during the work of the department, leaving documents in the lockable closet located at the central entrance of Szirnavu Street 140 in Riga. A set of documents up to 50 pages may be submitted at any time of the day. When requesting a face-to-face service, the customer can also turn to the Riga neighborhood residents Centre. Upon requesting the service electronically, the client shall send a submission prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations regarding drawing up of electronic documents, certified with a secure electronic signature, time stamp and other necessary documents. When requesting a service by post, the customer sends a filled-in submission with attached documents. Documents necessary for requesting a Service: 1. “Request for harmonisation of the visual solution of the place of supply of street sales\/catering services” (form No DA_120_v6); 2. Colour photofixation of the intended location without the location of the point of sale; 3. An installation holding in the engineering network situation plan or land boundary plan in the format M 1:250 or 1:500 (A4) with attractions and dimensions; 4. Layout of space, arrangement of furniture (in some cases also floor) in diagram M 1:100 or M 1:250 with dimensions; 5. Design of parts (furniture, parasols\/umbrellas, barriers, lighting, flower boxes and other elements); 6. Visualisation in the context of the environment; 7. Cut M 1:100 with height marks if artificial flooring, awnings, parasols\/umbrellas, flower boxes and other elements are intended; 8. Co-ordination of the Department of External space and Mobility of Riga State City local Government (if the activity is planned on red lines of streets). In case it is intended to create closed spatial solutions at the place of provision of mass catering services, to place structures (kiosks, pavilions, terraces with foundations or similar objects), placement thereof or new construction thereof shall be co-ordinated in accordance with the procedures laid down in the laws and regulations governing construction. 3. Receipt of services The co-ordination of the visual solution of the mass catering site may be received in person in the Riga State capital local Government city development department, Dzirnavu Street 140, Riga or it is sent electronically to the e-mail indicated in the submission (in case of activated official e-address account, the department will primarily use the e-address), or in a registered mail to the address indicated by the submitter. You can receive documents in person on Tuesdays from noon 9.00 to 11.00 on Thursdays 14.00 to 16.00. To apply for documents, you must make a prior note by calling the Riga State City municipal Development Department's call center at 67105800.

In accordance with Section 70, paragraphs one and two, Section 76, paragraphs one and two, Section 77, Section 79, Paragraph one of the Administrative Procedure Law and Section 20 of Regulation No. 86 of the Riga City Council, by-laws of the City Development Department of Riga State City local Government, an administrative act may be contested at the Deputy Director of Riga State City local Government City Development Department in administrative matters within one month from the day when the administrative act comes into force by submitting an application to Riga State City local Government City Development Department in Riga, Dzirnavu Street 140.
