1. Requesting Service In order to receive a permit of a local government to open a casino, gambling hall, bingo hall, betting or wagering place and organise the relevant gambling games in the specific premises, the gambling operator shall submit a submission to the local government, to which the following shall be appended: 1) information from the Land Register regarding ownership of immovable property (a copy of ownership); 2) a copy of the lease contract for non-residential premises; consent\/permission of the owner of non-residential premises to organise gambling in such premises; 3) if additional gambling games are to be organised in the existing gambling premises, a copy of the valid gambling organisation licence issued by the lotteries and gambling supervision inspection, and other documents at the discretion of the submitter, shall be appended. Receiving Service The permit may be received in conformity with the information indicated in the application: 1) to an e-address; 2) to e-mail; 3) in person; 4) by post.

A refusal to issue or revoke a local government permit may be referred to the Administrative District Court within one month from the day of coming into force of the decision.
