1. Submission of application forms, operating and training manuals, documents The training organization submits documentation to the CAA in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 373 "Procedure for certifying training providers of flight crew members of civil aviation aircraft". Forms and guidelines are available on the CAA website: Certification and Monitoring of Pilot Training Organizations | Civil Aviation Agency (caa.gov.lv). 2. Evaluating compliance The Civil Aviation Agency evaluates the compliance of the training organization in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 373 "Procedure for certifying training providers of flight crew members of civil aviation aircraft", paragraph 15: 1) reviewing the range of submitted documents (pre-certification document review stage); 2) performing document audit and on-site inspection of the organization (certification stage). 3. Issuance of the certificate The Civil Aviation Agency issues the certificate of the approved training organization in accordance with paragraph 26 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 373 "Procedure for certifying training providers of flight crew members of civil aviation aircraft".
