1. Service requests In order to receive the service, a submission shall be submitted to the local government of the State capital of Riga, in which the name, registration number, legal address of the legal person is indicated, or the given name, surname, birth data of a natural person, place and time of installation of public amusement facilities from the beginning of the structure until the end of the structure, registration number of amusement facilities in the Register of dangerous equipment. The following documents shall be appended to the application: 1. the design and layout diagram of the installation of public amusement facilities (the design shall provide for the layout of the public amusement facilities area, the layout of access routes and fencing, the layout of passenger boarding areas, lighting, the layout of warning and information signs; the layout diagram shall provide for the layout of the public amusement facilities and indicate the location of the control panel of the construction service and public amusement facilities); 2. technical passports for public amusement facilities (scanned in. PDF format); 3. a co-ordination or contract with the owner or legal possessor of the immovable property on which public amusement facilities are installed on land owned or possessed (except if it is planned to place public amusement facilities on a parcel of land owned or possessed by the local government of the State capital of Riga); 4. a document certifying the fact of civil legal insurance (policy) and a document certifying payment thereof (payment order); 5. a document certifying the right to represent a legal person, if the representation is not based on the articles of association. 2. Receipt of services The service shall be received electronically to the electronic mail address indicated in the submission.

An administrative act or actual action issued by the Riga City Executive Director may be appealed in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Administrative Procedure Law.
