The application shall be accompanied by: - copies of contracts entered into by the organiser of the event with the organisers of the order, persons responsible for the technical safety of the public event, as well as public order and safety, presenting originals; - the detailed plan of the measure; - the security plan of the sensitive event co-ordinated in accordance with the procedures laid down in law; - if the planned public event is a sensitive event, a certification from the organiser thereof that the person responsible for public order and safety has at least two years of experience in the planning or implementation of physical security measures; - the written consent of the owner of the venue of the event for the organisation of the event, if he or she is not the organiser of the event; - if the planned public event provides for sports competitions, in addition to the submission the by-law of sports competitions shall be appended; - if the planned public event provides for competition in motor sport, motor sport or water motor sport, the organiser of the event in addition to the submission shall append the by-law of sports competitions and licences for the location (track) of competitions issued by the sports federation recognised in the relevant sport in accordance with the procedures laid down in the sports Law and the corresponding category gal licensed in the relevant sport copies of the licence of the judge, presenting the original, or notarised copies; - if dangerous equipment is located or will be used in the place of the public event, the organiser of the event shall append copies of the permits necessary for the use thereof and other documents necessary for the operation of such equipment to the possessor of dangerous equipment provided for in regulatory enactments, presenting the originals; When submitting an application, the organiser of the event shall present a personal identification document, but the representative of the legal person - also documents confirming his or her right to represent the relevant legal personal.1. Requesting Service In order to apply for a public event and receive a permit for the organisation thereof, the organiser of the event, not later than 15 days prior to the commencement of the planned public event, shall submit a submission and the necessary documentation to the local government of Augdaugava municipality. 2. Processing step Payment of the local government fee shall be performed in accordance with the binding Regulations No. 46 of 20.05.2022 “regarding the fees of the local government of Augdaugava municipality”.
