1. Registration in the Register of residential House Managers: 1.1. Requesting a Service in order to request a Service, an application shall be submitted for registration in the Register of residential House Managers. An application may be submitted in person, electronically or by filling in a special online form on the website of the Construction information system in the www.bis.gov.lv or portal www.latvija.lv. An application sent by e-mail or submitted by e-service must be signed with a secure electronic signature, accompanied by a time stamp. 1. 2. Receipt of a Service notification regarding registration in the residential House Managers Register shall be received electronically to the e-mail address indicated by the person. 2. Updating of information in the Register of residential House Managers: 2.1. Requesting a Service in order to request a Service, a submission regarding updating of the information in the Register of residential House Managers shall be submitted. An application may be submitted in person, electronically or by filling in a special online form on the website of the Construction information system in the www.bis.gov.lv or portal www.latvija.lv. An application sent by e-mail or submitted by e-service must be signed with a secure electronic signature, accompanied by a time stamp. 2.2. Receipt of the Service receives a notification regarding updating of the information in the Register of residential House Managers electronically to the e-mail address indicated by the person. 3. Exclusion from the Register of residential House Managers: 3.1. Requesting a Service in order to request a Service, an application for exclusion from the Register of residential House Managers shall be submitted. An application may be submitted in person, electronically or by filling in a special online form on the website of the Construction information system in the www.bis.gov.lv or portal www.latvija.lv. An application sent by e-mail or submitted by e-service must be signed with a secure electronic signature, accompanied by a time stamp. 3.2. Receipt of a Service notification regarding registration in the residential House Managers Register shall be received electronically to the e-mail address indicated by the person.

Decisions issued by public authorities in Latvia may be contested in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Law. In addition to challenging decisions, foreign entrepreneurs also have the possibility to use an alternative dispute resolution mechanism (Solvita).
