1. Service information More detailed information on the service is available on the service's website: https://www.vzd.gov.lv/lv/pakalpojumi/Dasdpkud2 Upon request of the client, a certification regarding registration or updating of the cadastre object shall be prepared. The certification shall be prepared primarily electronically without a secure electronic signature and time stamp. If it is necessary to receive the certification in paper form, it shall be prepared upon request of the client, additionally applying the fee for the receipt of the service in person. If the certification in paper form is sent by post, the time of delivery shall not be included in the time period for fulfilment of the order and the charge for the drawing up and sending of the postal item shall also be applied in accordance with the prices of the supplier of the postal items. The administrative act shall be prepared in electronic form and, if sending of the administrative act to the addressee via electronic communication channels is not possible, the copy to be sent to the addressee shall be prepared in paper form. 2. Service requests An application for the receipt of a service may be submitted: - Kadastrs.lv via the e-service “application for the Service of the State Land Service”. In such case the request may not be signed with an electronic signature because the electronic identification of the person has been performed. The documents necessary for the performance of the service (for example, the authorisation document), which have been drawn up in accordance with the requirements specified in regulatory enactments and signed with a secure electronic signature and contain a time stamp, shall be appended to the request; – with a secure electronic signature containing a time stamp, sending a signed submission to any e-mail address of the Service Customer Service Centre (CAC) or official e-address of the Service; – by post, sending the application to the CAC address of any service. Documents necessary for the performance of the service (for example, authorisation document, contract) with legal effect shall be appended to the application (i.e. those drawn up in conformity with the requirements specified in regulatory enactments and signed with a secure electronic signature and containing a time stamp). 3. Fulfillment The Service shall commence execution of the order on the working day following payment of the prepaid invoice. Due date: - 5 working days - if data regarding the purpose, name, encumbrance, value of forest land and forest stand, acceptance into service of a structure or group of premises are updated; - 10 working days - in other cases 4. Receipt of services Within the framework of the performance of the service, the Service shall register or update the data of the Cadastre information system. Upon request of a person, the Service shall prepare a certification regarding registration or updating of the data of the cadastre object in the Cadastre information system and shall issue it in the form indicated in the submission: - in the “My Portal” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv - > “My account”. The attached file will be available on the portal Kadastrs.lv for 90 calendar days; – e-mail or e-address; – upon prior registration in person in any service CAC. Upon receipt of a document in the CAC of the Service, a personal identification document (passport or identity card (ID card)) shall be presented, but also an authorisation for the authorised person; - by post (postal expenses are paid by the customer). The document will be sent as a registered mailing if it contains restricted access information.

The administrative act issued by the official of the regional administration of the Service or the actual action taken may be contested by submitting a submission addressed to the director-general of the Service to the Service.
