Receiving service. After taking a favourable decision regarding the issuance of a licence card, an employee of the local government of Jelgava State capital shall enter the licence card number and term of validity in the register of vehicles and drivers maintained by the VAS “Road traffic Safety Directorate”, which shall be electronically informed by the carrier.

The decision may be contested within one month in the council of the Jelgava State capital by submitting an application to the Customer Service Centre of the council in person at Lielā iela 11, Jelgava or electronically by sending it to the official electronic address (e-address) or e-mail address of the municipality: pasts@jelgava.lv.
