1. Service request In order to receive a permit for street trading, the trader must submit an application and the necessary documents to the municipality: 1. agreement with the owner of the property (except the municipality) or the legal owner – an individual - or the person in possesion of the property owned by the state (except if the trading is planned on the sea coast or in public waters); 2. confirmation of the natural person that he does not perform economic activities or, according to the law "On personal income tax", he may not register as a performer of economic activity, as well as he does not employ other persons; 3. confirmation that the trade participant has electronic devices or receipts for registering taxes and other payments, registered with the State Revenue Service; 4. if trade is planned from a mobile retail point (retail vehicle), the route of movement must be specified, indicating the stops and time necessary for street trading, if trade are planned in several public places; 5. if trade is planned in a public place, which is not a place of trade determined by the Licensing Commission, information on the location, arrangements and dimensions of the place of trade must be added. In order to receive a permit for temporary street trading or the provision of public catering services during and at the time and place of cultural, sports, religious holidays or other events, the trade participant or the public catering service provider must submit an application and the necessary documents to the municipality: 1. agreement with the organizer of the event on conducting trade or providing public catering services during and at the place of the event, except if the organizer of the event is the municipality or an institution founded by it; 2. confirmation of the natural person that he does not perform economic activities or, according to the law "On personal income tax", he may not register as a performer of economic activity, as well as he does not employ other persons; 3. confirmation that the trade participant has electronic devices or receipts for registering taxes and other payments, registered with the State Revenue Service. In order to receive a permit for the provision of public catering services in public places (does not apply to territories granted market status, nor is there an attachment to a permanent place of catering services), the trading participant must submit an application and the necessary documents to the municipality: 1. a project coordinated by the Construcion board, which contains information about the equipment, furniture used in the site, compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms, ensuring public peace and order; 2. a document certifying the ownership rights to the property intended for traiding or an agreement with the owner or legal owner of the property - an individual - or the person in possesion of the property owned by the state (except if the trading is planned on the sea coast or in public waters); 3. confirmation that the trade participant is entitled to provide public catering service. In order to receive a permit for the provision of services, the service provider must submit an application and the necessary documents to the municipality: 1. agreement with the owner of the property (except the municipality) or the legal owner – an individual - or the person in possesion of the property owned by the state (except if the trading is planned on the sea coast or in public waters); 2. confirmation that the trade participant has electronic devices or receipts for registering taxes and other payments, registered with the State Revenue Service; 3. if the provision of a service is planned during an event, information about the event and its organizer must be indicated, and an agreement with the event organizer must be attached regarding the provision of the service during the time and place of the event, except if the organizer of the event is the municipality or an institution founded by it. The application can be submitted in person at one of the Tukums Municipality customer service centers or parish offices, by mail or by sending it to the municipality's official e-mail or e-address (electronically submitted documents must be signed with a secure electronic signature). 2. Payment for the service: The fee for street trading in Tukums Municipality is determined by the binding regulations of Tukums Municipality Council of Februaty 29, 2024 No. 9 "On fee for street trade in Tukums Municipality". The administrative violation process for violating the rules is carried out by the municipal police of Tukums Municipality until the administrative case is examined. Cases of administrative violations for violation of rules are reviewed by the Administrative Acts Disputes Commission of Tukums Municipality Council.
