1. Service requests
Service request is full-time State Environmental Service Department of Fisheries control Voleri Street 4, Riga, LV-1007.
The State Environmental Service shall be submitted to the applicant and to furnish any documents required under Council Regulation (EC) No 1005 / 2008 requirements.
Council Regulation (EC) 1005 / 2008 is applicable to all fishing products (processed or unprocessed), originating in third country fishing vessels and which are imported into the European Union of any vehicle.
Imports:
The importer of fish products within three working days prior to the importation into Latvia shall submit to the State Environmental Service Department of Fisheries control a third country approved by the competent authorities of the catch certificate.
State Environmental Service shall be carried out by the Fisheries Control Department catch certificate information referred to examination and approval. In accordance with the procedure laid down by customs officers are entitled not to authorise imports of fish production in the territory of Latvia from a third country, where the goods has not been submitted to the catch certificate, as well as, if you have restricted the import of the Fisheries Control Department (there are grounds for suspecting that the fish were acquired illegally).
Re-export:
The re-export of fish products within three working days before the expected exit from the Latvian State Environmental Service shall submit to the Fisheries Control Department catch certificate, which have been performed in the respective tags on imported fish products in Latvia. If the quantity of fish re-exported all the quantities imported, shall be submitted to the original catch certificate, but if is re-exported only part of the imported product, shall be submitted to the copy.
State Environmental Service shall be carried out by the Fisheries Control Department examination of the information and catch certificate in respect of the re-export section.
2. Receipt of services
The service is received by the Council Regulation (EC) No 1005 / 2008 laid down.
