Steps for receiving support: 1. The merchant creates a user profile on the Business.gov.lv platform and submits.https://business.gov.lv/e-pakalpojumi 2. The E-mail receives confirmation of receipt of the application. 3. The IDAL shall assess the compliance of the application with the criteria. If the conditions of the incubation support programme are met, then the business idea shall be presented at the meeting of the evaluation Commission of merchants. 4. A decision is received and a contract for receipt of Business incubation support is entered into. 5. The merchant shall prepare and submit a financial application and await approval. 6. The LIAA shall examine the conformity of payment claims with the actions announced in the financial support plan and, in case of a positive decision, shall make disbursement of financing. The beneficiaries of the aid must be merchants registered in the commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia: 1) who conform to the status of a small (micro), small or medium-sized merchant in accordance with Article 2(2) of Regulation No 651\/2014; 2) who are not more than 5 years of age at the time of submission of the application; 3) whose tax debt does not exceed EUR 150; 4) which are innovative, technological, exportable or also exportable\/innovative merchants of the creative industries sector;
