Service requests A person, his or her legal representative or authorised person may apply in person to the External space and Mobility Department of the Riga State capital local Government, send an application by post, to the official e-mail address or submit it to an E-address in order to co-ordinate the route of carriage of large dimensions and\/or heavy weight. Documents necessary for the receipt of a service: an application for co-ordination of a large dimension and\/or heavy weight transport route. 2. Receipt of services You can receive the service in person, by mail, by e-mail, or by E-mail.

The decision of the External space and Mobility Department of the Riga State City local Government may be appealed to the Director of the External space and Mobility Department of the Riga State City local Government, sending an application to the address: Gertrudes Street 36, Riga, LV-1011.
