1. Service requests In order to receive a local government permit for the organisation of street trade, street trade or for the provision of catering services, a submission shall be addressed to the local government in which: indicates Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 440 of 12 May 2010, Regulations regarding the types of trade to be co-ordinated with the local government and the organisation of trade procedures' the information referred to in Paragraph 15 and documents shall be appended in accordance with the binding provisions of 29.05.2024 of the Suncoast Municipality Council, SN7\/2024 “binding Regulations regarding Trade in public places, procedures for granting market status and Trade of Exodus of alcoholic beverages in places and holdings of public events in the Saulkrasti Municipality” 2. Payment Payment must be made before the document is served. If the trade organiser organises street trade, the fee for each notified trading venue shall be paid by the trade organiser in accordance with the submitted list of trade participants. The amount of the fee shall be reduced by 25% if the trade organiser makes payment of the fee for all trade participants. 3. Receipt of services The document shall be received electronically to the specified e-mail address or e-address.

The decision to refuse the issuance of a permit for organizing street trading can be contested within one month according to the procedures established in the Administrative Procedure Law.
