1. Service request
The applicant submits an application (special form) to the municipality in person, by post or e-mail (with e-signature) or e-Address, with a request for permission to coordinate public events form.
1. The organizer of the event shall indicate the following information in the submission regarding the organisation of a public event:
1.1. the organiser of the event (for a natural person - given name, surname, personal identity number and address of the place of residence, for a legal person - the name, registration number and legal address of the legal person);
1.2. the person responsible for technical safety (for a natural person - given name, surname, personal identity number and address of the place of residence, for a legal person - the name, registration number and legal address of the legal person);
1.3. the person responsible for public order and safety (given name, surname, personal identity number and address of the place of residence);
1.4. the organisers of the procedures (for a natural person - given name, surname, personal identity number and address of the place of residence, for a legal person - the name, registration number and legal address of the legal person);
1.5. the type and purpose of the measure;
1.6. the venue, date, start and planned end time of the event;
1.7. the planned number of attendees and participants of the event;
1.8. the dangerous equipment to be used in the event;
1.9. the support of State and local government institutions necessary for the smooth and safe conduct of the measure.
2. The application shall be accompanied by:
2.1. copies of the contracts entered into by the organiser of the event with the organisers of the order, persons responsible for the technical safety of the public event, as well as public order and safety, presenting the originals;
2.2. a detailed plan of the measure;
2.3. the written consent of the owner of the venue of the event for the organisation thereof, if he or she is not the organiser of the event.
3. If the planned public event provides for sports competitions, the organiser of the event shall append the by-law of sports competitions in addition to the submission.
4. If the planned public event provides for competition in motor sport, motor sport or water motor sport, the organiser of the event shall, in addition to the submission, append the licences for the place (track) of competition issued by the sports federation recognised in the relevant sport in accordance with the procedures laid down in the sports Law and copies of the licence of the relevant category chief judge licensed in the relevant sport, presenting the original, or notarised copies.
5. If the public at the venue, will or will be used for dangerous machinery, organizer of the event shall append the possessor of dangerous machinery provided for in regulatory enactments for the necessary licences and other documents required copies of the operation of equipment, presenting the originals.
6. Submitting the application, organizers of the event show personal identification document, but by the representative of the legal person — including documents certifying his or her rights to represent the relevant legal person.
7. The Rēzekne Municipality's Public Entertainment and Festive Events Submission Review Commission shall issue a permit for holding the relevant event.
2. Receipt of services
The service is received in accordance with the choice of enquiry (in person, the postal address indicated in the application or the e-mail address indicated in the application).
