Service description 1. Service requests On the SRS website section "Public Database" select the subsection “Tax debtors”. Information selection criteria: • for legal entities - taxpayer's name and registration code; • for natural persons - name, surname, registration code (both criteria must be precisely entered ). A statement may be requested only for those persons included in the database "Performers of economic activity, legal persons registered with the SRS and other persons", published by SRS. A certified statement may be requested for a date which shall not be earlier than two working days before the date on which the request was made. Information about weekends and holidays cannot be requested. 2. Receipt of the service Service is received according to the request.
