When submitting an e-application, it is necessary to authorize one of the authentication tools provided by the latvija.gov.lv.

Documents and forms
By this submission a person residing in a foreign state shall notify regarding changes in the privacy and employment conditions of his or her or family members or other changes that affect the disbursement of the service granted in Latvia. For example, change of residence, fact of employment (start/break), receipt of another state pension or benefits, training abroad, change of credit institution account and other changes.
