This e-service enables citizens to request and receive information about the requester from data stored in the SSIA system. • Information on social security contributions and insurance periods; • Statement of the pension Tier 2 Member's account; • Information on the estimated amount of the old-age pension; • Information on registered seniority until 1996; • Information on the SSIA services granted; • Information regarding withholding income tax from pension or benefit; • Information regarding pension, benefit, remuneration sent for payment; • Information on participation in pension pillar 2; • Information on SSIA payments made and income tax withheld from them (for income declaration); • Information on deductions from payments made by SSIA; • Information on pension Tier 1 capital; • Information on pension level 2 accumulated capital inheritance.
