1. Service request To receive a permit, an application must be submitted to the municipality, including the following information: 1) submission date and place of the application; 2) applicant's name, surname and personal identity number or merchant's company, registration number in the commercial register, address, telephone number, electronic mail address; 3) administrative affiliation and address of the territory intended for subsoil use (if possible). Attached to the submission: 1. Passport of the mineral deposit; 2. mineral extraction limit issued by the State Environmental Service; 3. the technical regulations issued by the relevant regional department of the State Enviromental Service; 4. if permission is requested by a person who is not the owner of the land - a copy of the agreement with the owner of the land, the legal owner or the authorized person for the use of the subsoil; 5. information on personnel qualifications and equiplment intended to execute the task; 6. if there has been a tender or auction for land lease rights and obtaining a permit, and the organizer of the tender was not the municipality, - a ruling on the results of the tender or auction; 7. if the territory intended for the use of subsoil is located in the protection zone of a cultural monument protected by the state, - a written agreement with the National Cultural Heritage Administration. The application can be submitted in person at one of the Tukums Municipality customer service centers, parish offices, by mail or by sending it to the municipality's official e-address, or e-mail (electronically submitted documents must be signed with a secure electronic signature). If all the mentioned information is not submitted, the municipality requests the missing information in writing within 10 working days after receiving the application. 2. Payment for the service The state fee for the common mineral extraction permit is EUR 142.29. After receiving the invoice, the state fee can be paid in cash at the municipality or by making a cashless payment. Receiving the Service The permit for the extraction of common minerals can be recieved in person or electronically (signed with a secure electronic signature) by sending it to a person's e-mail address or e-mail.
